Dawn Princess (June 2012) - Post 1

I've just returned from 4 weeks aboard my 'holiday home', Dawn Princess. As the map above shows the cruise was to Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. As always, the service on board the ship was excellent and the food was very good. The weather was mostly sunny and hot throughout. It was pleasing to see that, for the sake of the industry here, this cruise as well as the previous and subsequent cruises were totally booked out.

 14th. June - Departure Fremantle

18th. June - Benoa, Bali, Indonesia

I had a very pleasant lunch (Nasi Goreng) at this restaurant in Kuta.

 22nd. June -Penang, Malaysia

Approaching the Penang cruise terminal with SuperStar Libra already alongside. She operates 1 and 3 night cruises from Penang.

During the morning SuperStar Libra had to move off her berth and anchor in the harbour to allow another local cruise ship to use the berth. Here she is returning to dock again at her berth.

 23rd. June -Langkawi, Malaysia
